Seasonal traditional culinary experiences
Mallorcan gastronomy is incredibly rich, offering us a variety of recipes throughout the year based on the traditional calendar. During each cooking workshop, we will dive into the seasonal traditions,
such as:
- ‘Panades’ and ‘cocarrois’ at Easter
- ‘Torró’, the Mallorcan nougat at Christma
- ‘Espinagades’ at Sant Antoni
